Shesha Sai V is a co-founder of a stealth mode startup and an alumnus of IIIT Hyderabad (2008-2012) with over 10 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. He has a strong background in electronics and communications engineering and has worked as a research scientist in the past. Shesha has held leadership positions in several companies, including cybereye, where he served as Director of IoT Business, and ib hubs, where he was Vice President of IoT Research & Development. At ib hubs, Shesha was responsible for developing the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among youth. He played a key role in establishing 500 hubs with 4 spokes each, making it 2500 centers across India by 2019. iB Hubs has already set up 5 nodal centers in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Lucknow and 20 centers in 7 states. Shesha managed a team of 1000+ people, including engineers, doctors, and management professionals. Most members of his team were alumni from premier institutions like IITs, IIMs, ISB with work experience in various MNCs. At iB Hubs, Shesha gave equal importance to Purpose Driven Social Enterprises and NGOs as well as Profit Driven Enterprises. With a strong foothold in 40+ countries covering major business regions across the world like USA, UK, Singapore, Australia, Bahrain, and China, iB Hubs enabled Indian startups to access foreign markets and foreign startups to enter Indian markets. Shesha is a seasoned professional with a strong background in IoT, innovation, and entrepreneurship. He possesses excellent leadership and communication skills and is passionate about developing the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among youth.
